I am a contemporary dance & physical theatre artist based in London with vast experience as a performer, facilitator, devising collaborator and maker. I have worked in both film & live theatre with choreographers and productions such as Akram Khan Company, Punchdrunk, Gecko Theatre, Chemical Brothers, Ólafur Arnalds, Wonder Woman, Justice League & Paddington in Peru.

Over 12 years ago, alongside 3 other women, I co-founded Feet off the Ground, an all-female self-producing collective which creates outdoor work and deliver various educational and participation projects.

Most recently, I have been supporting directors and choreographers in their creative processes with assisting, rehearsal directing and dramaturgy as well as leading my own choreographic work and pedagogy methods through workshops & intensives.

I’m currently training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.
